As Senior Global Training Manager, you will lead the design and rollout of collection and product trainings across the brand, ensuring consistency with LOEWE standards. You collaborate with central Merchandising and Product teams to translate strategies into impactful learning materials and experiences. You will drive adoption of styling and clienteling skills while aligning training with KPI-driven business priorities. This role sits in the global Retail Academy and offers exposure to cross-functional, international teams in a fast-moving luxury environment.
