ICF's Disaster Management Division seeks a **Senior Grants Specialist** to support clients in implementing federally- and state-funded residential mitigation grant projects. This position is hybrid with on-site work in **Los Angeles County, CA** . The Senior Grants Specialist will be focused on assisting with financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance. Candidates will work closely with senior staff and subject matter experts while building hands on experience across the federal grant lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting state or local agencies to administer Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funded projects.
