Championing glasshouse performance alongside the Operations Manager, with hands‑on leadership across climate control, irrigation systems, and cutting‑edge greenhouse infrastructure to deliver exceptional results.

- Responsible together with the Growing Director for implementing the mission and strategy of the organisation.
