Position Overview
Requirements
7+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing with demonstrated business impact
Proven success managing and scaling paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
Strong experience with CRO, experimentation, and landing page strategy
Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in B2B healthcare, medical device, SaaS, or clinical technology marketing preferred
Strong experience with conversion rate optimization, experimentation, and landing page strategy
Expertise in customer acquisition, attribution, analytics, and performance measurement
