Job Summary

MS Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Guard to join our Anti-Piracy Department. The Senior Guard will be responsible for leading and supervising security operations onboard vessels to ensure the safety and security of personnel, cargo, and the vessel itself against piracy and maritime threats. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent decision-making skills, and a comprehensive understanding of maritime security protocols.

Key Requirements Conduct pre-deployment briefings to communicate mission objectives, security protocols, and emergency procedures to security team members. Coordinate with vessel captains and crew to assess security risks, develop security plans, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
