Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site.

• Supervise staff and contractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety.

• Coordinate the delivery and management of materials and resources.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Maintain clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Any Trade Certificate or Diploma in a construction-related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

• Experience in residential property development is advantageous.
