Job Description: Act as a key support to the Head of Legal, serving as a trusted second-in-command across legal, compliance, and governance matters. Support the Head of Legal across legal, compliance, governance, and risk management activities, acting as a trusted second-in-command. Draft, review, administer, and maintain commercial contracts, agreements, employment documentation, and legal correspondence. Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate incident management, insurance claims, dispute resolution, litigation matters, and risk-mitigation initiatives. Support HR compliance processes, including statutory submissions, UIF administration, visa applications, disciplinary matters, and employee relations documentation.
