Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced and high-performing People & Organisation (P&O) Advisor to join the Business Partnering Team in Professional Services. Experience within the offshore oil and gas sector is required with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of the relevant collective bargaining agreements to provide advice and counsel to Stakeholders in effective people management practices, ensuring that operations and processes are in line with relevant regulations, employment legislation and best practice.
