Restructuring : Leading a senior leadership restructure, including consultation processes withmittees and key stakeholders.

Reviewing Job Descriptions & Contracts of Employment : undertaking a review of job descriptions, role profiles and contracts of employment including using a Job Evaluation programme using the NJC Job Evaluation Scheme.
