About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic HR partner to our Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) Division. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for leading the GSM HR function while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver effective, compliant and people‑focused HR solutions across a highly diverse international environment.

Operating within a complex, entrepreneurial and matrixed organization, you will support leaders and employees across 22 source countries, including Singapore, China, India, Kenya, Nepal and Russia.
