We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner strategically with leaders across the business, with a strong focus on talent development and retention. This role combines execution and strategy, supporting leaders while ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on talent development and retention initiatives—including potential mapping, individual development plans, succession planning, and career conversations.
• Identify early signs of key talent risk and act proactively before it becomes a problem.
