PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To manage and control the Human Resources function to ensure effective labour management through application of business plans to achieve operational goals. Develops and maintains world‑class HR best practices.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent is essential. HR diploma/degree or NQF equivalent is essential. HR Honours Degree or NQF 8 equivalent is desirable. Minimum 4 years in an HR Field is essential. 4-6 years Shaft operation experience preferably conventional mining is essential. MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). COMPETENCIES Knowledge pertaining to basic health and safety principles in the workplace is essential.
