Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Supervisor in coordinating daily department operations; familiar with and responsible for recruitment, onboarding, contract management, attendance, payroll & benefits, and training.
- Independently manage 1β2 HR functional areas such as recruitment or payroll & attendance, including planning, execution, and process optimization.
- Help establish and refine HR policies, procedures, and document templates to improve standardization and implementation.
- Guide and support junior staff in handling routine HR matters and gradually take on supervisory and coordination duties.
- Consolidate and analyze HR data such as headcount, turnover, work hours, and labor costs for management reporting.
