Job Description

Our client, a renowned Japanese restaurant, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Executive/Assistant HR Manager (F&B).

This role is ideal for someone who can progressively take ownership of our recruitment function, guide and develop our existing recruitment team, and support the HR Manager in strengthening the overall HR department. We are looking for a well-rounded HR professional who can balance both Recruitment and HR Operations while demonstrating a strong leadership potential to grow into a key member of HR team.

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple outlets
- Lead, coach, and mentor junior recruiters.
- Engage, influence, and partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Ensure the team has a strong sense of ownership towards recruitment KPIs and hiring outcomes.
