Position Overview

            Responsibilities Own the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining digital records 
Ensure 100% compliance with local UAE/GCC Labor Laws, including visa processing and MOHRE/freezone regulations 
Manage the talent pipeline by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires 
Oversee monthly payroll processing, End of Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations, and medical insurance administration 
Implement annual performance review cycles and drive local employee engagement initiatives 
Collaborate with international teams to align local GCC operations with global business standards 
Requirements 5–7 years of progressive HR experience 
2–3 years of experience in a senior generalist or managerial role 
Deep, practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regional GCC employment regulations 
Proven experience in high-growth sectors such as Tech or FinTech
