Position Summary
The Senior HR Manager will provide comprehensive human resources support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR operations and delivering high-quality service to staff. The successful candidate will work to support recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation in accordance with Institute's policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including vacancy announcements, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
- Support staff with HR-related inquiries and administrative processes.
