About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead the People strategy for Customer Experience organisation across the Middle East. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is responsible for HR partnership and people operations across KSA and Egypt. You’ll work closely with CX and People leadership to implement scalable, high-impact HR frameworks that drive engagement, capability, and performance across a fast-growing operational workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the People agenda for the Customer Experience organisation across KSA and Egypt
