Organon in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior HR Specialist – HR Services to deliver expert-level employee lifecycle support across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for a diverse workforce.

You will manage onboarding, promotions, international transfers and exits, maintain HR records, and collaborate with HRBPs, CoEs and vendors to drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with local laws and GDPR.
