7+ years of experience in Business Partnering, people partnering or similar roles

Deep experience in partnering B2B GTM organizations in high growth environments (multiple geography partnering is a plus)

Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics (pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, sales velocity, conversion rates) and translate them into people decisions

Strong track record of building trusted relationships with leaders and driving measurable business & people outcomes

Strong capability in organizational design, performance management, leadership coaching
