UGL's Utilities O&M business delivers essential operation and maintenance services across electricity transmission and distribution networks, supporting some of Australia's largest utility providers. Our teams work across maintenance, outage and network upgrade programs that help keep communities connected and powered.

We're looking for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join our Utilities O&M team in Tullamarine and help drive positive health, safety and environmental outcomes across our operations. Reporting to the HSE Operations Manager, you'll work closely with frontline leaders, project teams and clients to support critical work, manage risk and build a strong safety culture.
