The HSE Coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing and administering the Bird Safety Program and monitoring safety compliance on the assigned project(s). Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce health and safety standards for all trades and subcontractors on site.
• Lead subcontractor onboarding, ensuring all documentation, training, and certifications are complete before work begins.
• Conduct and review risk assessments and ensure risk management measures are in place prior to job start milestones.
• Deliver and coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and site orientations.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety policies and procedures.
