Position Overview

The Senior People and Culture Business Partner (Sr. PCBP) serves as the people and culture leader for assigned client group(s) within the hospital organization. This role includes both strategic & process responsibilities including 1) executive-level coaching, 2) proactive creation and interpretation of data, and 3) revising, planning, influencing, and processing important procedures and policies. Success in this role will require influential partnerships with senior leadership and people managers to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The HR strategies are commonly focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
