Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Hands on experience in General HR activities such as payroll administration, employee grievance handling, HR policy making, etc.
  • Document control and filing systems
  • Oversee and update leave and medical claim records
  • Conduct interviews and orientation for new staff
  • Provide recruitment coordination support and post job openings using online platforms
  • Assist in all HR related and administrative functions
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience (experience in Singapore preferred)
  • Fluent in English and multilingual
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any discipline
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and comfort with numbers
  • Good knowledge of HR systems; preferably with a Security Industry background
