Responsibilities Global HR Operations - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Oversee & prepare employment contracts, Payroll, HR letters, and employment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Support global HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
