This role is responsible for delivering efficient HR shared services, improving employee experience, driving HR operational excellence, and leveraging AI and digital tools such as Lark to automate processes and enhance productivity. • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Oversee & prepare employment contracts, Payroll, HR letters, and employment-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Support global HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and other internal stakeholders on HR operational matters.
