Job Description

AECOM Spain Building Services Engineering team is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineering Designer to lead mechanical engineering projects across Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Leisure, Aviation, Commercial and Defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead technical design throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate mechanical system design with electrical engineers, architects, and other design professionals.
• Design HVAC, Controls and Plumbing facilities.
• Perform HVAC calculations and analysis using standard industry programs such as Carrier HAP.
• Conduct design drawing reviews, field investigations, and studies to evaluate cost-effectiveness of design alternatives.
• Develop technical specifications, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards/practices.
