Job Description

At Blizzard, we craft genre‑defining games and legendary worlds for all to share. The role is a Senior Backend Developer (Level 2) serving on the platform team to help craft a new game. The developer will own critical backend services, design and optimize scalable high‑performance Java systems, evolve core APIs for player progression and in‑game economy, make architectural decisions, lead resolution of technical challenges, drive continuous improvements, deploy and monitor services, and mentor peers.
