In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the team to ensure all released orders are shipped and recognized according to customer requirements and compliance standards
• Ensure customer orders are shipped on time with complete and accurate documentation to support sales recognition
• Ensure all shipments comply with Emerson International Trade Compliance rules
• Lead and drive departmental KPIs and company goals
• Ensure proper records are maintained in accordance with Emerson Record Retention and statutory requirements
• Provide guidance and support to Shipping Assistants on work-related matters
• Generate manual export documents when required in compliance with local regulations
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on Trade Compliance and Shipping mattersExercise Stop Work Authority when ESH risks are not clearly controlled or understood, and support related investigations
