Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Officer to oversee IT operations across the Group and manage the complete IT environment with the support of an IT Officer based in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who can manage a small to medium-sized business IT environment end-to-end, ensuring the security, availability, and reliability of systems, networks, devices, and data. The role will also lead the ongoing implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP and Microsoft 365/SharePoint solutions .

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a small to medium-sized organization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Windows endpoints, networking, VPN, and IT security.
