Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the full business and recruitment process.
• Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio.
• Develop commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts.
• Understand clients’ needs and challenges to act as a referral throughout the process.
• Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan; implement sourcing, events, synergies, communities, and other methods to screen candidate CVs.
