About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Manager to lead the development, deployment, and support of Oracle OSM-based solutions within telecom OSS/BSS environments. This role is critical in ensuring stable operations, high-quality delivery, and continuous improvement of order management systems in complex enterprise landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, enhancement, and support of Oracle OSM solutions aligned with business requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain OSM cartridges using OSM 7.4.x
- Drive troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution across production and non-production environments
- Manage deployment activities, including release planning, version control, and environment promotion
- Implement and maintain automation plugins using XQuery and Java
