Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect with strong hands‑on expertise across datacenter and cloud infrastructure environments including Compute, Storage, and Data Protection. This role will also act as an M&A Integration Lead , partnering with deal teams to drive infrastructure due diligence, integration strategy, Day‑1 readiness, migration planning, and post‑close execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise infrastructure architecture along with experience supporting M&A transactions, IT integrations, hybrid cloud transformations, and large‑scale infrastructure programs .

Key Technical Expertise Required:

• Bare‑metal and hypervisor environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM)
