About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior Institutional Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our institutional client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex industry, proven experience in acquiring and managing high‑value institutional relationships (including brokerages, hedge funds, asset managers, prop firms, and fintech platforms), and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and onboard new institutional clients across global markets
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow institutional revenue
• Build strong relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, liquidity providers, introducing brokers (IBs), and proprietary trading firms
