Senior International Tax Manager to oversee tax matters across multiple jurisdictions and support a broad range of strategic, compliance, and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead international tax activities across a diverse global portfolio of entities.
- Oversee multi-jurisdictional tax compliance through local teams and external advisors.
- Manage cross-border tax projects, including restructurings, mergers, liquidations, and business expansion initiatives.
- Advise on withholding tax, dividend repatriation, intercompany arrangements, and international financing structures.
- Drive key tax governance and reporting processes, including Pillar Two, CbCR, and DAC6/MDR requirements.
