Role Overview:

The Senior IT Administrator is a key member of the IT team, responsible for leading the management, optimization, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of all IT systems by overseeing technical support, enforcing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior IT Administrator acts as a subject-matter expert, mentors junior staff, and collaborates with other departments to align IT services with business goals.
