Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets including hardware, software, and related services from procurement through disposal
Maintain and update asset records within ServiceNow and CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Track and reconcile hardware and software inventory across multiple systems and data sources
