Join Cambridge Aerospace’s onsite IT team and play a leading role in delivering secure, reliable and modern IT services to a highly technical community of scientists, engineers and designers. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced IT engineer who is comfortable taking ownership of complex technical issues, leading small to medium-sized projects, and helping shape the ongoing development of the IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of IT support issues from initial triage through to resolution, particularly for more complex or higher-impact technical problems
- Act as a senior point of escalation across 2nd and 3rd line support, maintaining accountability for progress, communication and outcome
- Lead the support, maintenance and continuous improvement of end‑user computing, identity, networking and collaboration platforms
