Responsibilities - Representing company in presenting effective IT solutions to meet client's need
- Manage client's IT infrastructures
- Provide new design of IT infrastructure to clients
- Develop IT security policies and procedures
- In charge for providing customer support to optimize customer satisfaction and meet SLAs
- Implementation and configuration of Network, Firewall, Servers and IT Security Solutions
