Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all activities related to program increment planning.
- Work with Service Delivery Managers and Product Managers to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Assist Service Director with managing risks, escalating, and tracking impediments.
- Work with Scrum Masters to define and drive consistent practices across the Site Reliability Engineering teams.
- Define the program dashboards to manage and report the status on product implementations.
- Assist Service Delivery Managers with tracking the execution of features and capabilities.
- Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level professionals.
