Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Senior IT Support Analyst is to provide assistance, guidance and support to the internal end user environment with regards their daily business operation.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Provide hands on infrastructure, PC & end user support.
  • L1/L2 end user coverage for standard desktop/user applications, desktop/mobile hardware troubleshooting and break fix, Zoom video conference support, user on/off-boarding arrangement, IP phone support, etc.
  • Provide support for all business units in Philippines
  • Assisting IT Manager with daily IT operations (backup tape management, patch deployments, AV updates, start of day checks.)
  • Install, support & troubleshoot Microsoft Operating systems and products
  • 1st Level support of internally developed and vendor provided business applications. Bloomberg/IRESS, Internal trading applications/CRM Tools.
