We’re seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator to help multiple cross-functional teams (Editorial, Supplier Operations, HR) successfully adopt and optimize Jira. This engagement (40 hours) will focus on hands-on configuration, workflow setup, training, and automation to enable teams to fully leverage Jira and integrate it with existing tools like Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, and screens for different departments.Set up user permissions, project roles, and global settings ensuring proper visibility and access control.Design and implement automations and integrations.Conduct a live + recorded Jira 101 training session for non-technical users.Support data migration
