5 years in account management within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
Experience managing customer accounts directly, including commercial discussions, service issues, escalation handling and follow-up with key stakeholders.
Own the portfolio of IT vertical accounts end-to-end on the commercial side: relationships, rates, scope, escalations and growth.
Receive newly won accounts from the business development team and onboard them properly β quickly assigning ownership, introducing the team, and putting a maintenance plan in place.
