Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Handle KOL across social and e-commerce platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee).
Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using relevant analytics.
Source, manage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates.
Coordinate KOL campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting.
Engage with and grow online communities across various social channels.
Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to continuously improve content and KOL strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field > 2-5+ years of experience in KOL management
Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Supplement category (preferred)
Strong understanding of social media, influencers, and content trends
