**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in Google Workspace products.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 6 years in Manufacturing Operations, Production Management, Factory Floor Management or equivalent physical environment.
+ Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent—specifically applied to Research and Development (R&D)/Prototyping environments.
+ Proficiency in reading/creating dashboards and defining metrics.
+ Ability to speak Hardware and Software to understand the difference between a firmware brick and a mechanical failure.
