This role combines an initial phase leading an international transformation project with the management of the Laboratory and Compliance Assessment team (validation, testing, and regulatory compliance). Key Responsibilities: Lead the team strategy (20 employees), aligning product development, validation, and regulatory compliance with business objectives.
