Lotus's Malaysia is looking for a seasoned Learning and Development Senior Executive to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee performance. You will manage LMS, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with Operations, HRBPs, and SMEs to align programs with business goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 6–7 years in L&D, with a preference for retail L&D experience.
