Senior Lead Engineer, Electrical

Responsibilities

• Electrical Design Basis: Understand the design basis and project requirements including HSSE, scope, cost, schedule, quality, client and class requirements, and project execution philosophy.
• Team Resource Planning: Plan, lead, and manage team resources by assigning work/packages to each member and clarifying responsibilities and deliverables.
• Deliverables Planning: Lead and manage deliverable creation as per project requirements; issue deliverables on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Execution: Direct and manage project work, ensuring timely delivery within quality requirements.
