Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic, innovative, and execution-oriented Senior Lead Product Manager – Agentic AI & Automation to help define the future of work within Human Resources (HR). This individual will be responsible for shaping and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent decisioning capabilities transform employee, manager, and HR experiences while improving operational efficiency at scale.

As HR advances its AI transformation, this Senior Lead Product Manager will help define the future-state vision by partnering across HR, Technology, Risk, and Operations to identify opportunities, shape strategies, and deliver scalable solutions that automate and transform work across the HR lifecycle.
