**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience of developing and sustaining strong relations with a range of government and private sector (e.g., energy developers, suppliers and utilities) in India.
+ Understanding of development, financing, and operation of energy assets as well as expertise in crafting and executing complex energy supply agreements, Power Purchase Agreement (PPAs), and agreements.
