DUCA is looking for a Senior Leadership Facilitator to join our growing team!
While consistently demonstrating DUCA’s values of “Bringing out the best in others”, “Doing what’s right even with it’s difficult”, and “Making what’s possible happen”, the Leadership Facilitator works closely with partners across the organization to deliver training and facilitation that contributes to positive leadership development experiences.
The position is primarily responsible for delivering training through multiple venues including online and in-person to various audiences including executive leadership.
