WHACK Sports is looking for a sharp, reliable professional to work closely with our senior management team — coordinating meetings, managing communications, and keeping key actions on track — while owning and running our customer service function.
This is primarily a leadership liaison role. You'll be the person senior managers rely on to stay organised and follow through, and you'll also take full ownership of customer service — running it day to day, not just stepping in when needed.
What you'll do
Support senior leaders with diaries, meeting coordination, notes and briefing packs
Sit in on leadership meetings, capture actions, and chase them through to completion
Liaise between senior management and other teams — including coordination between our Indian and Australian offices
Prepare simple performance and operational reports for leadership
Own and run customer service, including chat and email queries, resolving issues efficiently and managing escalations
